We want every Yardly customer to be happy with their service. If a job is not completed to satisfaction or was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review each case and may offer a refund, credit, or alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at Yardly's discretion. If a provider fails to show up or the job is cancelled last minute, a full refund may be issued.
